RentRollAPI ("the Service") extracts structured data from rent roll documents you upload, via a web app and REST API. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Access is granted through API keys. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity under it. You may rotate your key at any time from your account page.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly for subscriptions or per pack for pay-as-you-go. You can cancel a subscription any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. If the Service materially fails to work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Do not upload documents you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt the Service, resell access without written permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
You retain all rights to documents you upload and the extracted output. We process documents only to produce your extraction. We do not train models on your documents. See the Privacy Policy.
The Service uses automated extraction with a verification pass that flags unverifiable values. While we publish benchmark accuracy figures, extraction output may contain errors and is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it in underwriting, lending, or investment decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
